1) Which countries can I buy from?
All sales and shipments available on the "ITALIAN" language website (www.aeronauticamilitareofficialstore.it) can only be carried out within the Italian territory.
For shipments to the rest of Europe, it is necessary to visit www.aeronauticamilitareofficialstore.it and choose between "ENGLISH" / "FRANCAIS" / "DEUTSCH" / "ESPANOL" by selecting the desired language from the menu on the upper left side of the page.
2) How do I return a product?
In order to return a product, you must access your personal area, select RMA from the menu on the left side of the page and click "Request a return"; after that, select the order number related to the items to be returned and follow the guided procedure.
Contact UPS on the phone or through the UPS website and book the pick-up. (Remember to seal the package on all sides).
3) Can I return or replace just some of the items in my order?
It is possible to return an order only partially, just indicate the items to be returned in the "Notes" section of the RMA form and the reason for the return
4) How long will it take to receive the refund after a return?
The refund time varies depending on the payment method:
a) Credit cards or PayPal: within 72 hours after the goods have returned to our warehouse.
b) Other payment methods: usually 5 days after the goods have returned to our warehouse.
If you choose the COD or the bank transfer method, remember to write the IBAN to which you want the return-related amount to be credited in the RMA page notes.
5) I am an Air Force member, am I entitled to a discount on the e-commerce website as well?
If you are an Air Force member, you are entitled to a discount: in order to obtain it, just register by using the institutional e-mail address, i.e. name.surname@aeronautica.difesa.it.
After registering and logging in, you will be shown prices already discounted.
6) I cannot find my country between those available for registration or shipping, what can I do?

7) How do I use the Coupon/Discount Code?
The Coupon/Discount Code is a personal secret code, made up of letters and numbers that can be sent to the customer via e-mail.
It can only be spent on www.aeronauticamilitareofficialstore.it and cannot be redeemed in cash.
In order to use the Discount Code, select the item (or items) you wish to purchase, put it in the shopping cart and enter the cart section
8) I have problems with PayPal payments and I cannot complete the PayPal procedure.
Send an e-mail to: ecommerce@cristianodithiene.com, we will solve your problem as soon as possible.
