Order assistance

All orders will be confirmed by the AERONAUTICAMILITAREOFFICIALSTORE.IT website via e-mail.

Cancellations or replacements can be requested even before the goods are dispatched by writing to: ecommerce@cristianodithiene.com.

In case of cancellation, the full amount paid will be refunded and you will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation of the order. 

If you wish to change an item, please follow the purchase procedure again as soon as you receive the e-mail message confirming that the previous order has been cancelled.
