Delivery times depend on the goods' geographical destination.
Shipments to Italy normally take 4 business days
We use UPS for Italian deliveries.

Tracking your delivery with UPS
You can track the delivery of your order by entering the Search/Tracking Number provided by aeronauticamilitareofficialstore on the www.ups.com website.

UPS delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and cannot schedule appointments.
The courier will try to deliver the package for three consecutive business days: you will find UPS's contact number on the notification the delivery person will leave for you at every attempt.
Undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return any product purchased on aeronauticamilitareofficialstore.it within 14 working days from the delivery date.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
Make sure that the products are in the same condition you received them, intact and with the tags attached.
Use the return form at the bottom of this page and enter the order number or the tracking code communicated to you via e-mail. Follow the instructions and fill in the requested fields. Remember to specify with a comment if you prefer to receive a refund or a replacement. In this second case, please indicate the code, size and color of the product you would like to receive in exchange.
Wait to be contacted by e-mail from the Aeronautica Militare Official Store Customer Service who will send you the return shipping label. Once the e-mail is received, prepare the package and attach the UPS label on our box or on a box with the same strength and size covering the information of the first shipment.
Book the parcel pick up by contacting UPS, by phone or online, within 14 working days from the delivery date. If you prefer, you can send the package using the closest UPS Access Point.
The return shipping costs are free only using our UPS courier. Thanks to our return service, you will have the security of being reimbursed even in the event of theft or loss during shipment to our warehouse in Thiene (VI).
In case of choosing a courier other than UPS, the return costs and any theft or loss will be charged to the customer.

We can only refund correctly returned products. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to close the procedure and the package will be returned to the sender.
You can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order.
You can always check the status of your shipment by accessing the website www.ups.com and using the UPS tracking code that you find in the copy of the label we sent to you.
Do not remove the tag from the garment if you intend to return it. Items returned without a tag will not be refunded.
